This record is a document of several private performances, the best four were selected for the album.

Sounds of my stimming hand movements were fed through a contact mic and then into a synthesizer.

From there I used my breathing sound technique. It's a form of deep listening that uses a suspension of disbelief where by I convince myself that breathing sound is possible to induce a kind of surrealistic listening.

So then, by imagining that I can inhale the sound of my stereotypies, I was attempting to induce this kind of surrealistic biofeedback.
